Compensation: Annual on-target earnings (OTE) of $70,000+ including a $35,000 base salary + commission

Location: 2851 County Road 210 W, Suite 112, St Johns, FL 32259

Hours: Monday - Thursday 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM, Saturdays 8:30 AM - 12 PM, and occasional Fridays (we are available when students are out of class)

Sales Representative (Assistant Director of Sales) Job Summary:

How about we skip right ahead to the center of the tootsie pop? Our franchised tutoring business the Tutoring Club is located in St. Johns, FL. Sales Representative (Assistant Director of Sales) Job Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for the sales of the center which includes inbound inquiries, attending local school events, and fielding other inbound sales activities
• Day-to-day duties include meeting parents, making follow-up calls, visiting schools, and looking for sales opportunities - this is a high-volume busy center!
• Answer and call back all inbound inquiries about the center, address questions, and hit daily assessment sign-up goals with new parent prospects
• Meet with families to discuss their student's needs and next steps towards an assessment
• Schedule and administer student subject assessments (i.e. math, writing, reading, phonics, etc.) to help identify areas for improvement and interpret assessment results
• Schedule meetings with families to discuss their results and recommend the right pricing package based on the student's needs and the family's budget
• Meet with families continuously to discuss their student's progress, including recommending additional tutoring packages as needed
• Set new sales targets for the day/week
• Meet regularly with the center's Director for check-ins and support
• All phone scripts and training can be provided
• Other duties as needed

Sales Representative (Assistant Director of Sales) Job Requirements:

• You enjoy being fast-paced and getting results! We are a high-volume center where you will be on the phone and meeting with families constantly.
• You have prior sales experience and loved it!
• Strong phone acumen is needed for follow-up calls, inquiries, and calls to existing parents. Your confidence and clear communication will have parents excited to sign up for assessments (following our proven scripts).
• You need to be VERY comfortable with computers. We use lots of technology including [please apply online] Microsoft Office (Excel, etc.), and even sometimes diagnose computer issues.
• Must be okay working full-time hours listed at the top of the job description
• You need to be a person who loves to deliver remarkable experiences to others! That includes being a professional, punctual, and "get it done" self-starter. You enjoy working for our parents ’ glowing reviews.
• You need to be 100% coachable. We have proven systems and the quicker you learn them, the quicker we can help you grow and get promoted.
• You need to nail down the details. Tutors, the Director, the Owner, parents, and students will share information with you and you need to keep it all organized and communicate it appropriately.
• You need to be driven to be the best! We want other Tutoring Club centers to wish they could be us!
